• preparation of the articles of association in two languages (Hungarian/German or Hungarian/English).

Registrations

• arrangement of the reports and registrations towards the various authorities (central statistics agency, chamber of commerce);
• assistance with the actions needed after the set-up of the company (e.g. creating a bank account, registration at the administration portal for individuals/companies);
• advisory about the tasks to be performed in order to start the operation of the company (e.g. invoicing application, regulations on invoicing).
